What is your process for starting a consulting project?
I start by understanding the client’s context and the scope of the problem. I do this by spending time on-site, interviewing, and/or conducting background research. From there I build out a consulting proposal. I prefer to work off a clearly defined contract, but I am open to other arrangements.
Who will be doing the work?
100% of the project will be completed by Eppa. Unlike other consulting firms where the most experienced members of the consulting team sell you the work and then hand it off to more junior team members, with Embedded Research and Consulting you are getting complete access to my expertise from project conception through to the final deliverable.
How much will it cost?
My rates reflect the client’s size and ability to pay. I am open to equity-based compensation on a case by case basis.
